Andrew Zelt, CEO
Ten years of experience in human resources outsourcing proved to Andrew Zelt that he’s the man for the job, whenever that job is HR. Since co-founding Axiom in 2011, Andrew has focused his skills on building and overseeing a service team that delivers the ultimate client experience – personalized service, 24/7 emergency contact, hands on delivery. He keeps Axiom moving according to its vision through personal insights into executive management and employee benefits and his active participation in National Association of Professional Employer Organizations.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s in economics from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. He has extensive experience in human resource outsourcing and administration of business processes. In the fall, you can find him at Ross-Ade Stadium, tailgating and rooting on his beloved Boilers.
Mark Bradley, COO
Axiom co-founder Mark Bradley is a risk management specialist whose analytical chops are matched by his personable, attentive, and high-energy approach to building client relationships that last. In his role as COO, Mark helms Axiom’s marketing and human resources departments. His professional career includes extensive management experience within the customer service and retail sectors, and he has a proven track record in marketing and business development.
Mark earned his bachelor’s in economics with highest distinction from Indiana University − Purdue University Indianapolis and is currently working on his master of science in accounting through Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and the first Gulf War who is a firm believer in giving back to society through volunteer work. Mark donates time to Goodwill Industries and Wheeler Mission Ministries, where he facilitates classes on financial responsibility.
Diana Russell (SPHR), Director of Human Resources
Diana Russell has more than 30 years of experience under her HR belt, and that experience has provided knowledge as broad as it is deep. Russell has led teams for all types of organizations, and in HR disciplines that include benefit plan design, compensation program development and analysis, legal compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, safety, training, policy development, and payroll.
Diana studied education at Ball State University and holds a Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) certification. She bolsters that training and experience with outstanding service and builds solid, lasting client relationships through honesty, respect, and flexibility.
Danny Vancel, Vice President of Sales
Throughout his decades in the transportation industry, Danny Vancel has been all about service: the efficient and effective type that’s friendly and attentive, to boot. He’s the guy who spends a lot of time doing his homework, the guy who stockpiles expertise and figures out how to help even when the answer isn’t at hand.
Danny’s an expert in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics who takes a personal interest in the customers he works with. He specialized in sales for various transportation companies before founding one of his own, Aultra Transport. After 18 years, Danny merged that operation with Transport Connection. At Axiom, Danny works to develop and service new accounts with a hearty “client-first” approach.
