Axiom Terms & Conditions
Axiom 60% Off – 3 Month Offer (the “Promotion”), Axiom HRS (“Provider”) will apply promotional credits (“Credits”) equal to sixty percent (60%) of the monthly subscription fees for the Essentials, Advanced, Complete, or Diamond Packages (“Services”) for a total of three (3) discounted months. These promotional months are not required to be consecutive and will be applied according to Provider’s promotional billing schedule. Credits apply only to the applicable monthly subscription fees described in this Order Form and otherwise payable by You beginning on the date Your Services are activated, subject to the following terms and conditions.To qualify for the Promotion, all of the following conditions must be met:
(a) This Order Form (and any applicable supplemental agreements) must be executed and returned to Provider on or before December 31, 2025.
(b) Your first payroll run or system activation date must occur on or before May 10, 2026.
(c) You agree not to terminate, cancel, downgrade, or unsubscribe from any Services included in this Order for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final signature.If any of the conditions in (a)–(c) are not satisfied, all Credits issued under the Promotion will be reversed. You agree that Provider may assess and collect a Promotion Recovery Fee equal to the total value of the Credits you received multiplied by the applicable termination percentage in the table below:

The parties understand and agree that implementation fees, payroll delivery fees, usage-based fees, third-party fees, or any fees other than the monthly subscription Service fees are not included in the Promotion. All such fees remain payable in accordance with this Order Form and Axiom HRS’s standard Terms of Service.
