Axiom has been a UKG Ready Preferred Partner and Authorized Reseller since long before "partner ecosystem" became a buzzword. Most buyers we talk to don't know this delivery model exists. Here's what it is and why it matters.
Quick Answer: A UKG Ready Preferred Partner sells, implements, and services the UKG Ready platform directly. You get the identical software you'd buy from UKG, plus a dedicated local team that handles implementation, configuration, support, and payroll operations. Same platform, different service model, typically at comparable or better total cost.
Same software. Different everything else.
When you buy UKG Ready through Axiom, the platform is identical to buying direct. Same releases, same features, same mobile app. What changes is who answers the phone.
Direct, you're one account among thousands in a national support queue. Through a partner, your account has a named team. Ours is led by people who have implemented and serviced this platform for hundreds of clients across healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and skilled trades.
What the partner model includes
Implementation by people who will live with it. The team that configures your system is the team that supports it afterward. That changes the incentives. Nobody cuts corners on a build they'll be answering for next year.
Ongoing configuration ownership. New location, new union contract, new PTO policy: changes get made by people who know your setup, not explained from scratch to a rotating rep.
Optional managed services. This is where the model earns its keep. We can run your payroll operation on top of the platform. Managed payroll runs $30 to $50 per employee per month. Full HR outsourcing runs $50 to $75. Software-only starts at $5 to $10. The complete pricing breakdown is public because we think it should be.
Industry configuration out of the box. Shift differentials for hospitals. Certified payroll for contractors. Points systems for plants. We've built these before, so your implementation starts from working patterns instead of a blank screen.
Who this fits
Companies with 50 to 2,000 employees that want enterprise-grade HCM without building an internal team to babysit it. Our client base concentrates in healthcare and senior living, construction, manufacturing, and skilled trades, because those are the industries where configuration depth matters most.

Common questions
Does partner delivery cost more? No. Software pricing is comparable to direct, and the service layer replaces costs you'd otherwise carry in staff time or consultants.
Are we locked to the partner? Your UKG Ready instance is yours. Partner relationships can transition. In practice it works the other direction: most of our transitions are companies moving from direct to partner support.
Is the support really different? Ask for references and call them. That's the only answer worth trusting, ours included. For a deeper comparison, read UKG partner vs direct: 5 key differences.
