Kronos Incorporated, makers of the Axiom Human Capital Management Platform known as Workforce Ready, released a major update that emphasizes better performance management through continuous feedback. As an authorized Kronos partner—and a company who uses their software to help our clients—we wanted to let you know about some of the advantages this update offers.
Employee Perspectives is a new tool that offers real-time performance management for employees. That includes showing employees their performance goals on an hourly basis, giving feedback on their productivity, and allowing them to give their own feedback. Real-time scorecards are also created, so you can see exactly how well an employee is doing, and where improvements can be made.
The idea behind Employee Perspectives is that engaged employees are more productive, communicate more effectively, and do better work. An engaged employee also provides the opportunity to gather data, which can be used to help improve their performance. It’s a win-win for employees and employers, and promises a better ROI than when dealing with employees who aren’t engaged.
Other updates to Workforce Ready include providing metrics that will help with succession planning as employees leave or advance through the company. The data provided will help forecast which employees are best suited to help your business thrive—and which ones you can’t afford to lose.
Position management is another area where Workforce Ready has been improved, offering new ways to help organize employees who have multiple roles within the company. It simplifies your organizational relationships, which helps give an excellent overview of your staff and your company’s needs. Enhancements to scheduling have also been made, which makes schedule changes easy to deal with while helping you find the best employee to fill the gap.
All of these improvements, coupled with a brand-new user experience with enhanced mobile capabilities and streamlined workflow, makes the Workforce Ready update something to get excited about. We can’t wait to see all the ways it’s going to help our clients become more efficient.
